Diving with enriched air nitrox provides two main benefits: increased bottom time using Nitrox tables, and decreased risk of Decompression Illness (DCI) when using recreational air diving tables.

This one day course is part theory (home based) and part practical. It includes 2 Nitrox-mix open water dives and teaches you to understand the physical benefits of Nitrox diving (plus extending your dive time!).
